Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, direct, and be responsible for all aspects of business development and marketing communications, including development, implementation, monitoring, updating, and ongoing analysis of the organization's strategic business development and marketing plan.
  • Partner with the CEO to oversee growth of hospital admissions, clinical program and service line development, business planning, physician relations, community relations, marketing, communications, post-acute strategy and development, and senior outreach.
  • Create and/or implement tracking mechanisms to monitor increases in volume, growth, and revenue by program, service line, and/or physician.
  • Manage media relations, website, and social media strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business (Development), Communications or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in related fields such as business development, marketing, communications, or PR.
  • At least 2 years of healthcare management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with project/program management (strongly preferred).
  • Knowledge and experience in program planning, organization, implementation, and operations, including strategic planning, marketing, media relations, communications, business development, and market research.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently and with others.

Nice to Have

  • Post-acute care experience.
