The role of Head of North American Field Marketing involves leading regional in-person programs, collaborating with sales and partners, and driving demand generation efforts to support growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale in-person field programs focused on driving new prospects into and down the funnel.
  • Create quarterly plans with actionable and measurable initiatives aligned to attendees, pipeline, and bookings targets.
  • Partner with sales and demand generation teams to drive net new prospects to field programs.
  • Work with channel teams to develop in-field co-marketing motions with strategic top partners.
  • Act as a player coach by executing and owning a broad range of activities to scale programs.
  • Manage and analyze data, insights, and results from field marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B IT or high-tech environment.
  • Expertise in event logistics, thought leadership, and demand generation.
  • Experience leading and managing a high-performing team of at least 3 people.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to improve results.
  • Proven ability to partner with sales and engage with prospects or customers at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in written, presentation, and spoken formats.
  • Experience with SFDC and Marketo/Hubspot.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, 'get things done' attitude.
  • Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.
