About the Role

The Director of Product Marketing at Arcoro is responsible for leading the product marketing function and driving strategic go-to-market initiatives for a rapidly growing SaaS company that provides modular HR solutions for the construction and contracting industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Define positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate the platform in competitive markets.
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts, creating battle cards and win/loss analysis to impact sales performance.
  • Establish scalable processes and frameworks for the product marketing function.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to support team collaboration as the function grows.
  • Drive customer research initiatives to understand buyer personas, purchasing criteria, and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee development of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, demo scripts, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning.
  • Create compelling marketing content across channels, such as website copy, webinars, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Develop customer marketing programs to drive adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and cross-sell.
  • Build customer advocacy initiatives, including reference programs, case studies, and success stories.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to create onboarding and retention campaigns aimed at reducing churn.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments, with construction technology or HR technology experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven experience building product marketing functions from the ground up and scaling into team leadership.
  • Strong track record of successful product launches and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex buyer journeys.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience leading organizational transitions, product migrations, and process improvements.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer behavior and decision-making processes.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Comfort with analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
