About the Role

The Director of Product Marketing, Enterprise Imaging manages the go-to-market strategy and needs for a portfolio of products sold into the Enterprise Imaging market. The role involves promoting the portfolio and brand, ensuring high customer satisfaction and referenceability, including customers in promotional strategies, managing external promotional activities such as trade shows, engaging in society activities, and supporting sales to be successful. The role requires close collaboration with customers, sales, marketing communications, product management, and other cross-functional departments within FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation, working effectively with the HCUS Medical Informatics organization and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives the most effective go-to-market strategy for the current Enterprise Imaging product portfolio, including solutions like point-of-care ultrasound management, VNA, enterprise viewer, and ancillary products, ensuring exceeding booking and revenue objectives.
  • Develops and drives the market and sales introduction strategy for new products, aiming to exceed initial targets.
  • Develops and maintains regional and national reference sites, ensuring they are always prepared to promote and provide references for solutions, with well-defined and organized utilization processes.
  • Collaborates closely with MI sales leaders to ensure sales teams have the necessary selling tools, subject matter expertise, and demonstration support.
  • Maintains high market interest and lead generation through effective promotional messaging and activities, in collaboration with marketing communications and sales leadership.
  • Works with training managers to ensure sales teams are prepared to execute go-to-market strategies and exceed goals.
  • Coordinates with marketing communications to plan, align, and execute trade shows that promote the product portfolio.
  • Develops a market-facing communications strategy for external messaging via e-communications, web, symposiums, customer profiles, webinars, and society activities, ensuring visibility and alignment with sales and other departments.
  • Works with sales leadership and marketing communications to ensure effective inside sales campaigns that are targeted and measured.
  • Supports the RFP team as a subject matter expert, ensuring responses are complete, accurate, and effective.
  • Collaborates with the demo team to keep the demo environment current and effective.
  • Provides competitive feedback, market intelligence, and product needs input to the product management team based on sales and customer activity.
  • Ensures compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulations and standards.
  • Participates in corporate activities, fosters a collaborative team environment, and promotes a culture of superior customer experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS/MA degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare / Radiology Informatics product marketing.
  • Extensive experience in software promotion and managing software product roadmaps.
  • Experience managing or supporting teams in Enterprise Imaging.
  • Broad expertise in marketing and sales, including strategic planning, go-to-market product planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of overachievement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and business impact creation skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and direct reports.
  • Problem-solving, strategic and tactical analysis skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills—presentation, written, and oral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Salesforce.com.
  • Effective time management and proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to drive action plans with both direct and indirect authority, meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or radiology informatics software development.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance related to medical devices.
  • International travel experience (up to 25%).
