About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Program Manager to join the Xbox Cloud Gaming and Ecosystem Expansion team at Apex Systems. This role focuses on driving Xbox Play Anywhere Go To Market readiness, managing strategic cloud gaming partnerships, collaborating with game studios, supporting Rhythm of Business (RoB) operations, and contributing to next-generation product planning and execution. The position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge Xbox cloud gaming projects in a dynamic, remote environment, ideal for those passionate about gaming and large-scale program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal channel leads and external stakeholders to operationalize Xbox Play Anywhere campaigns.
  • Coordinate messaging, asset readiness, and launch timelines for key titles supporting Xbox Play Anywhere.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, player engagement, and SKU attach metrics.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives with OEMs and collaborate with legal, PR, and regional teams to ensure alignment on partner deliverables and approvals.
  • Own the planning and execution of Rhythm of Business (RoB) cadences including weekly team syncs, GTM forums, and executive reviews.
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and meeting documentation to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Drive cross-team coordination across Xbox Marketing, Product, and Partner teams.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of next-gen initiatives both hardware and software.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, or partner marketing—preferably in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Point).
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, influence, and coordinate teams.
  • Experience with data analysis in a program management context.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to Microsoft processes.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Xbox ecosystem, cloud gaming, or GTM planning.
  • Experience supporting Rhythm of Business (RoB) or executive-level reporting.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • No specific formal educational qualifications required.
  • 5-7 years preferred, up to 10-15 years considered if comfortable in an individual contributor role.
