About the Role

The Director, Partner & Industry Marketing at Epsilon is responsible for leading all aspects of the demand program, including marketing strategy from brand awareness to lead generation. The role involves building and scaling marketing channels across two key audiences: business partners and industry associations. The position requires collaboration with sales, product marketing, and external organizations to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue, while measuring program effectiveness and optimizing investments. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the demand program, including marketing strategy from brand awareness to lead generation.
  • Build and scale marketing channels across two key audiences: business partners and industry associations.
  • Develop joint marketing plans with strategic partners and integrate campaigns into demand generation activities such as digital, events, ABM, webinars, and content syndication.
  • Work closely with sales, partner leads, and product marketing to drive partner pipeline and accelerate joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Set goals and manage engagement calendars for industry association participation and memberships.
  • Increase Epsilon's visibility and awareness in the market through targeted marketing programs.
  • Coordinate internal and external participation, measuring the value of engagement efforts.
  • Build internal communication channels for sales education, training, and enablement.
  • Own key metrics and business outcomes related to the program, optimizing execution and value of investments.
  • Surface insights to identify scalable opportunities and inform budgeting decisions with partners and associations.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of B2B marketing experience working with third-party partners and organizations.
  • Proven success in building and executing partner and industry association strategies tied to business outcomes.
  • Ability to distill complex and technical messages into effective marketing communications.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, and brand awareness strategies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to respond to results and feedback.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams with organization and accountability for follow-through.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university, ideally in marketing or related field.
  • Experience at a marketing/advertising technology, agency, or technology company is preferred.
  • Self-starter capable of driving strategy and executing tactically to achieve goals.

  • Experience at a marketing/advertising technology, marketing/advertising agency or technology company.
  • Ability to both drive strategy and get tactical when needed.
  • Experience working with industry associations and managing engagement calendars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university or equivalent experience.
