Key Responsibilities

  • Set annual retention, attrition, and renewal targets across all business lines.
  • Identify key improvement areas and develop strategies to capture those opportunities.
  • Evaluate performance drivers and recommend high-impact strategies to ecosystem leaders.
  • Monitor global retention and renewal performance.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Provide insights grounded in solution, segment, and geo-specific dynamics.
  • Manage global retention programs to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Proactively identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and drive key program components.
  • Build robust operational processes to manage performance and programs.
  • Develop and drive a transformation roadmap aligned with the end-state vision.
  • Secure ecosystem alignment and selectively lead roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategic operations, retention, or GTM roles with a track record of driving measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with fluency in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and influence senior executives.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Experience coaching and developing talent across teams and ecosystems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Experience with transformation initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Experience in a global or multi-regional environment.
  • Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.

  • Competitive salary range of $153,600 -- $319,600 annually, varying by location and experience.
