Director, Regional Integrated Marketing- Las Vegas

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes, leads, and executes region-specific mission and revenue campaigns that drive community relevance with innovative social media and digital promotion strategies.
• Provides analysis and ROI of marketing efforts to inform future planning and reports findings to market and regional leadership.
• Leads and manages an integrated digital and social presence within the region, including content creation, storytelling, and digital promotions.
• Ensures alignment of regional strategies with the Society's global headquarters goals and objectives.
• Serves as a cross-functional marketing advisor focused on lead generation for high-impact activities.
• Leads marketing communications efforts for assigned product lines or major media markets within the region.
• Maintains awareness of Society information and news to support regional activities.
• Models and fosters a culture of trust, cooperation, accountability, and dedication to the mission, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
• Trains and supports local promotion volunteers on marketing strategies.
• Creates strategies and executes corporate marketing and lead generation support for verticals such as corporate, sports, philanthropy, and mission.
• Provides digital content creation, manages social media and media partnerships, and maintains media relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, New Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a marketing-related field, with a focus on social and digital marketing strategy development and execution.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and paid social media platforms is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal, presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proven success in managing multifaceted strategic promotion and communications campaigns.
• Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills to meet revenue and expense targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated project management skills and self-motivation.

Nice to Have

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, New Media, Mass Communication or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience
