Director, Residential Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop performance marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels.
• Analyze large data sets, marketing dashboards, and attribution models to derive actionable insights.
• Implement measurement tools like MMM to evaluate and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Motivate, support, and develop team members to meet performance expectations and foster career growth.
• Align organizational goals with team execution and ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior growth/performance marketing role with people management.
• Proven experience in engineering business growth and leading growth marketing for consumer tech or subscription brands.
• Experience in multi-location, service-based, or franchised businesses (e.g., home services, utilities, consumer tech).
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, email/CRM platforms, and performance marketing techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets, attribution models, and marketing dashboards.
• Deep understanding of MMM and other measurement tools for performance-oriented strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a multi-location, service-based, or franchised business.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution modeling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital advertising platforms.
