About the Role

Longchamp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Analyst to join their North America E-commerce team. This entry-level position supports performance reporting, website analytics, and business insights across direct-to-consumer channels, helping to drive decision-making through meaningful analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in weekly and monthly reporting on web traffic, transactions, conversion, returns, and sales by category, product, and fulfillment method.
  • Use tools like Content Square and Piano Analytics to monitor consumer behavior, site zoning performance, bounce rates, and product interaction.
  • Support campaign recap reports including newsletter engagement, homepage visibility, and promotional impact.
  • Conduct recurring competitor audits to benchmark assortment strategy, UX, and e-merchandising.
  • Assist with tracking and summarizing results from A/B tests to optimize navigation, product display, and content strategy.
  • Review top-performing products by traffic, revenue, and conversion, and identify underperforming areas for further investigation.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Content, Operations, CRM, and Buying teams on shared reporting needs and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
  • Internship or 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce, analytics, or digital marketing.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau a plus.
  • Familiarity with Piano Analytics, Content Square, and other web performance platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Passion for luxury retail, digital innovation, and customer experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to present findings clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Experience with Piano Analytics, Content Square, and other web performance platforms.
