About the Role

Lucy Paris Inc. is a young contemporary women's fashion brand that blends Parisian-inspired elegance with modern versatility. With a presence in major department stores and boutiques nationwide, we are expanding our digital footprint to engage a global audience. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce and Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and online retail trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.)
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and metadata are optimized for SEO and conversion
  • Fulfill orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports on e-commerce performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and liaise with web developers as needed
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
  • Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to support brand campaigns
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize growth and engagement
  • Support online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and seasonal promotions
  • Coordinate product launches, flash sales, and other promotional events
  • Assist with content planning and calendar management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media coordination
  • Proficient in platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Nice to Have

  • Experience with photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC campaigns
  • Basic HTML/CSS or design experience
