About the Role

A to Z Wineworks, LLC is hiring an E-Commerce & Digital Content Specialist to represent their Oregon brands of A to Z Wineworks, Erath, and REX HILL. The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing digital content to support Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sales targets and national brand goals through social media, email, and event marketing. The ideal candidate is creative, curious, a critical thinker, and collaborative, with a passion for engaging brand-first digital campaigns and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with DTC Brand Specialist to deliver optimized and effective digital support for objectives.
  • Develop and schedule organic and paid social posts in support of DTC growth channels, including monitoring and responding to questions and comments.
  • Support influencer identification, outreach, and content coordination in alignment with DTC campaign goals, and analyze performance metrics to optimize ROI.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated flows.
  • Assist with management of products, events, merchandising, and promotional updates across brand websites and Commerce7.
  • Write and edit copy for emails, product pages, social posts, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with design and brand teams to ensure content is visually compelling and on-brand.
  • Maintain digital asset library with photos, videos, and additional digital assets.
  • Support digital media efforts for national programming, including developing social media content and contributing to photo/video asset creation.
  • Collaborate on paid advertising programs with external media agencies, including programmatic, paid social, search, and influencer marketing.
  • Produce and distribute internal company newsletters.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to digital programs.
  • Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations including privacy, data collection, accessibility, alcohol advertising, and email/influencer marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role, including creating and coordinating digital strategies, content development, and managing organic and paid social, email, or search campaigns.
  • Experience managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Experience developing visual assets (photo/video) for digital campaigns and coordinating with external resources.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Commerce 7) and email marketing services (e.g., Klaviyo).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs.
  • Ability to operate computers and digital equipment, including cameras, for extended periods.
  • Ability to work on-site at the primary winery location in Newberg, Oregon, four days a week, with remote work for remaining days.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and carry up to 45 pounds.

  • Wine/beer/spirits industry experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience managing social, email, and search campaigns.
  • Experience with digital content creation and project management.
