LJC is a growing firm recruiting top Project Architect talent to join their team. The role of E-Commerce Market Leader - Architecture involves driving innovation, strategy, and growth at the intersection of architecture, digital commerce, and client experience, leading digital transformation and customer-centric design initiatives within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the firm's e-commerce division strategy to enhance architectural solutions and services through digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage relationships to expand into new markets and develop new client relations.
  • Oversee the creation of customized solutions that align with client objectives and architectural needs, positioning LJC as a leader in digital architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, technology, and operations, to align project goals with client expectations.
  • Drive market awareness and promote LJC's digital solutions to key decision-makers, establishing the firm as a leader in the architectural industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies that elevate LJC's digital presence, ensuring all initiatives align with the company's vision and core values.
  • Monitor industry trends and digital innovations to identify potential areas of improvement or new opportunities for the firm.
  • Manage and track client engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term professional relationships.

Requirements

  • A degree in Architecture, or a related field (e.g., Urban Design, Building Technology, etc.).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, particularly in the e-commerce or digital domain.
  • Strong understanding of the architecture industry and how digital tools can be leveraged for growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a competitive market.
  • A creative problem solver with a deep understanding of how architecture can intersect with digital technology to create innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a design firm or architecture-related organization with a focus on digital strategy or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms.
  • A network of contacts in the architecture or construction industry that could support the expansion of LJC's e-commerce initiatives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on nationwide projects with travel may be required.
  • Experience with creative, complex, award-winning, high-profile jobs across the United States.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Architecture or related fields such as Urban Design or Building Technology.
