E-Commerce Marketing Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the operations of one of our e-commerce stores, including product listings, data analysis, inventory control, and customer support.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the store.
• Contributing to the development of marketing campaigns.
• Driving traffic to the website using various methods.
• Designing and delivering email promotions.
• Providing web and social media analytics.
• Assisting with budget recommendations for web marketing efforts.
• Designing and implementing online campaigns and analyzing their performance.
• Utilizing Excel, Python, and Tableau for data-driven decision-making.
• Performing other duties as needed or assigned.

Requirements

• Master's degree in marketing.
• Two years of digital marketing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite or other similar design software.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong proficiency in lead generation/acquisition marketing.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to use data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, and Tableau.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Adwords.
• Experience with web development or design tools such as Dreamweaver.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in marketing
