About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies for Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
• Support the management of product inventory, shipments, and customer service inquiries, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize product listings, enhance keyword and SEO performance, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve overall performance.
• Assist in optimizing PPC campaigns to drive more sales.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new product opportunities, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
• Generate regular reports and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably within Amazon and Walmart platforms, with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer service best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive business growth.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of changing priorities and business needs.
