The Lead, End-to-End Digital Performance will be responsible for enabling aligned campaign performance from offer strategy through digital purchase. Reporting into the Associate Director of End-to-End Performance, this role is responsible for day-to-day execution of campaign and offer plans, ensuring tactical alignment across product, content, and execution teams. This individual will track KPIs, optimize plan performance, and help connect tactical outcomes back to broader Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. The position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA, with no relocation offered.
