About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in gathering and analyzing data across platforms.
• Assist in web tracking efforts to enable website personalization strategies.
• Translate complex business and personalization requirements and analytic needs into tagging requirements.
• Ensure proper testing and monitoring are in place to validate tagging requirements.
• Consult with internal team and business leaders to define digital analytics reporting scope/requirements.
• Successfully manage numerous open, active requests simultaneously.
• Develop standard and ad-hoc reporting on performance of digital marketing, web, and mobile properties.
• Work with managers and team members to resolve data and reporting issues.

Requirements

• Required experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting.
• Knowledge writing tagging documentation for eCommerce websites.
• Experience with E-commerce testing and optimization strategies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize site data to understand trends and discover opportunities.
• Collaborative and able to work closely and effectively with a variety of functions and businesses.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years experience in related field, preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with web tracking and personalization strategies.
• Experience managing multiple requests and projects simultaneously.
