About the Role

The Email Developer (Hybrid) is responsible for the coding and development of email marketing campaigns, including daily sends, targeted, triggered, and automated programs. This role involves integrating dynamic content using HTML, ampscript, and general content functionality within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, contributing to effective email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Code, develop, and set up complex email campaigns with dynamic content using ampscript and enhanced features within platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MovableInk.
Execute email campaigns with a focus on customer segmentation, quality assurance, testing protocols, and technical execution.
Utilize ampscript, HTML, CSS, and other technical skills to implement dynamic content within email campaigns.
Proficiently select lists and create email content based on audience attributes and campaign needs.
Ensure overall email rendering and quality control after dynamic content has been implemented.
Initiate dynamic content plans aligned with marketing strategy, ensuring development timelines are met.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a related field such as email marketing or email development.
Minimum 1 year of experience with email testing techniques, including A/B and/or multivariate testing.
Minimum 1 year of experience with email service providers (ESPs), such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong knowledge and experience with ampscript.
Reporting experience, especially on dynamic/multi-variant tests.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
