About the Role

CBC Group is a leading provider in the wholesale and retail home décor, Christian goods, and gift industry. With a commitment to quality, inspiration, and innovation, we offer a wide range of thoughtfully designed products through our family of brands. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist with strong graphic design skills to support our Ecommerce efforts and help visually communicate our brand message across both secular and faith-based product lines. This position is 100% in-office and based at our Phoenix, AZ headquarters. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must currently reside in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

Planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversions, and loyalty.
Creating visually impactful email assets, website banners, and other digital marketing materials using graphic design tools.
Supporting ecommerce efforts by visually communicating the brand message across product lines.
Managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analyzing email campaign performance and making data-driven improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
1-3+ years of experience in email marketing and graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
Strong understanding of email best practices, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.
Excellent written communication and design presentation skills.
High attention to detail and a passion for clean, purposeful design.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and email software.
Ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with website banners and digital marketing materials.
Knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
