Key Responsibilities

Manage a local team to develop automated integration and system tests, ensuring test cases are meaningful, maintainable, and well-aligned with product goals
Ensure consistency of quality and performance of the global team by aligning standard methodologies in process, tools, and engineering development
Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for embedded software, ensuring thorough coverage and robust performance
Work closely with embedded software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, cybersecurity-compliant embedded software
Utilize the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing processes and improve efficiency
Provide detailed reports and metrics on testing activities, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring transparency

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in embedded software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Strong knowledge of embedded systems, software development lifecycle, and unit, integration, and system test methodologies
Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, DevOp, and automated testing frameworks
Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided

Nice to Have

Experience with Agile development practices
Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance
Experience leading an embedded product development team
