Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a local team to develop automated integration and system tests, ensuring test cases are meaningful, maintainable, and well-aligned with product goals
  • Ensure consistency of quality and performance of the global team by aligning standard methodologies in process, tools, and engineering development
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for embedded software, ensuring thorough coverage and robust performance
  • Work closely with embedded software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, cybersecurity-compliant embedded software
  • Utilize the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing processes and improve efficiency
  • Provide detailed reports and metrics on testing activities, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring transparency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in embedded software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, software development lifecycle, and unit, integration, and system test methodologies
  • Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, DevOp, and automated testing frameworks
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile development practices
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance
  • Experience leading an embedded product development team
