About the Role

The role involves managing Test Data Management (TDM) processes and administering Delphix engines, with a focus on data privatization, sub-setting, creation, provisioning, conditioning, and profiling. The position requires extensive experience in designing and developing TDM solutions, configuring and upgrading Delphix environments, and integrating TDM practices with DevOps pipelines. The candidate will work on both mainframe and non-mainframe platforms, collaborating with infrastructure teams and handling various data types and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop TDM solutions for data privatization, sub-setting, data creation, provisioning, conditioning, and profiling.
Setup, configure, and administer Delphix engines, including LDAP, SSL certificates, and password vaults.
Configure and manage Delphix Control Tower and perform engine upgrades, working with Delphix support as needed.
Handle end-of-life and end-of-service hardware and software, ensuring system stability and security.
Remediate vulnerabilities in OS and databases, ensuring compliance and security standards.
Work on both mainframe and non-mainframe platforms, supporting diverse environments.
Integrate TDM practices with application DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Manage access controls and create custom algorithms, classifiers, and profiler sets.
Work with JDBC drivers and masking engines to connect to various data sources and format masking files.
Utilize Delphix API calls for report generation and engine management.
Create infrastructure architectural diagrams and perform capacity planning.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, driving TDM initiatives.

Requirements

10+ years of experience with Test Data Management processes, including design and development of TDM solutions.
Experience setting up and administering Delphix engines, including LDAP, SSL, and control tower configuration.
Experience with upgrading engines and working with support teams.
Strong SQL skills and extensive knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Experience working with various TDM tools like Delphix, IBM Optim, Informatica TDM, GenRocket, CA TDM.
Proficiency with scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, VBScript, Python.
Experience with cloud environments like AWS and Azure for Delphix engine setup.
Experience working with infrastructure teams across Linux, Windows, AIX, Oracle, MSSQL, and DB2.
Knowledge of managing access controls and creating custom algorithms and classifiers.
Experience with Delphix API calls, capacity planning, and creating infrastructure diagrams.
Excellent communication skills and self-driven leadership qualities.
