About the Role

As an Enterprise Content Management Implementations Sr Professional I at Fiserv, you will be a key contributor in the Implementations organization, working directly with clients to manage ECM conversions, upgrades, migrations, and add-ons for multiple ECM products. You will be engaged in the project from beginning to end, participating in Discovery, Data Spec Review, System Configuration, Testing, Project Management & Implementation, and coordinating all activities involved in your assigned functional workstream areas required by the client.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of your assigned workstreams from beginning to end, developing project plans, consulting with clients on solutions, managing key deliverables, and reporting on issues, risks, and status
Set up and customize the various ECM products and services selected by the client, ensuring an end-to-end quality integration
Ensure custom development is delivered as required for the client
Help drive resolution of issues through problem solving, identification of necessary resources, and escalation

Requirements

4+ years of experience in multiple ECM products (Nautilus, Director, OnBase) along with understanding of database structures in each
4+ years of experience in implementing and troubleshooting software
4+ years of experience in a client facing role
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience

Nice to Have

Experience with and knowledge of Fiserv platforms and products/services
Experience in financial services, banking and/or fintech industries
