About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Manager - Advertising Sales Restaurants at DoorDash is responsible for leading and developing a sales team within the restaurant vertical, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves working closely with the Senior Industry Manager and being a key member of the Ad Sales Leadership team, with a focus on recruiting, coaching, and executing strategic client pitches in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully recruit, lead, and develop a sales team of individual contributors across the restaurant vertical.
  • Deliver on ambitious sales goals in a high-speed environment, building on the existing sales infrastructure.
  • Lead the team on key client pitches, from strategy and planning to execution.
  • Operate as a player/coach and develop senior stakeholder relationships with key client decision makers.
  • Use trust and challenger selling techniques to unlock mutual value with clients.

Requirements
