About the Role

The Entry Level Marketing Associate supports marketing and sales activities across all upstate branches. The role involves coordinating events, assisting with advertising and customer communications, managing customer databases, and handling in-house marketing requests. The position is based on-site at one of the company's Upstate locations and reports to the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for all events whether in-house or external, for all vendors.
Assist with advertising, customer mailings, newsletters, e-newsletters, and social media.
Manage customer database.
Coordinate apparel and seasonal in-house marketing requests.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Good Customer Service and Communication Skills.
Organization and Multitasking skills.
Solid Computer Skills Including Windows Knowledge, Outlook, Excel, Word.
Financial and budget control experience.
Valid and clean NY state driver's license to travel to local branches as needed.

Nice to Have

Adobe Suite experience.
Constant Contact Experience.
Wix Web Management experience.

Qualifications

Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
Ability to travel locally as needed.
