The Partner, Executive Search will be responsible for winning senior-level executive recruiting and leadership consulting assignments, representing AMN in the market, and completing sophisticated work-streams with customers. The individual provides sales, account management, and professional services delivery expertise to a wide range of customers. They lead all aspects of work plans conducted by junior consultants and mentor/coach individuals to meet customer expectations.
