Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global marketing leader, defining and executing a bold marketing vision that fuels growth, expands market presence, and builds brand equity.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, CPO, CRO, and regional leaders to define global GTM strategies, commercial enablement plans, and pricing frameworks.
  • Develop and implement a globally integrated marketing strategy, ensuring consistency while enabling local market effectiveness.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional, multi-level global marketing team across functions such as Corporate Communications & Brand Marketing, Field & Sales Marketing, Product Marketing & GTM, Content & Thought Leadership, and Creative Design.
  • Oversee global PR, analyst relations, brand reputation, executive visibility, and sponsorship strategy.
  • Drive regional growth via pipeline marketing, ABM strategies, client engagement, and go-to-market enablement.
  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and commercial readiness, ensuring alignment across Sales and Product teams.
  • Define and execute a platform-wide narrative to amplify Teads' market leadership and differentiation.
  • Own global GTM strategy for new product launches, international expansions, and post-M&A brand integration.
  • Support acquisition, retention, upsell, and market penetration efforts to connect marketing to revenue.
  • Develop and oversee marketing performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Represent Teads at industry events, in media, and with clients and partners to enhance executive visibility.
  • Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture with scalable systems and best practices.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of senior marketing experience, including 6+ years in executive leadership roles within digital media, adtech, or B2B SaaS sectors.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, global, multidisciplinary marketing teams and organizations.
  • Expertise in product marketing management, brand building, sales enablement, and commercial strategy.
  • Deep understanding of product innovation, go-to-market execution, and revenue generation.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets aligned to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience navigating complex global organizations, especially during transformation, integration, or rapid growth phases.
  • Bonus: Experience supporting Investor Relations (IR) materials.
  • Bonus: Prior experience working in a public company environment.
