About the Role

The Experience Partner leads Sales Solutioning Storytelling and Account Servicing for Cognizant Moment. Their purpose is to understand client needs, activate Cognizant Moment and related capabilities to solution against client needs, create a compelling story to convince clients to buy our services, and ultimately to grow and nurture the client relationship for additional sales and partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate demand for Cognizant Moment offers by understanding trends and aligning capabilities to take advantage of these trends for banking and capital markets clients.
  • Craft a sales plan, lead a pipeline of opportunities, and work with consumer goods clients to build a problem statement that serves as a guidepost for solutioning.
  • Build compelling solutions by assembling and leading pursuit teams with appropriate skills to help clients solve their problem statements.
  • Be accountable for the story, structure of the deal, and pricing.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders focusing on growth within Banking and Capital Markets, including sales, marketing, product, and business division leaders.
  • Proactively generate thought leadership to support clients' market outlooks.
  • Collaborate across Cognizant by assembling skills within Cognizant Moment and across the organization to respond to client needs.
  • Work closely with internal account teams to plan and manage existing clients.
  • Coordinate with Consulting and other Service Lines to ensure the best people are working toward an ideal solution.

Requirements

  • Strategic problem-solving ability to understand business challenges and requirements from the customer’s perspective, industry trends, and translating them into experience solutions that generate growth.
  • Deep understanding of how Banking and Capital Markets function.
  • Knowledge of related industries.
  • Travel as required to be onsite with clients on a regular basis.
  • Effective executive communication skills to clearly articulate solution vision and demonstrate solutions in a simple but compelling way.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities skilled in handling and nurturing relationships with customers, market teams, and other practice experts.
  • Ability to analyze sales opportunities, qualify leads and opportunities, and craft pitches, proposals, GTM, and sales plans.
  • Market and industry process knowledge.
