About the Role

We are seeking an Experience Partner to join our team supporting Verizon, a key client, for our digital experience practice area, Cognizant Moment. As an Experience Partner, you serve at the core of demand generation for Cognizant Moment services - balancing sales, solutioning, storytelling, and account management. You will work directly with the market/industry account management team as well as adjacent service lines to build solutions and support needs. Cognizant Moment reinvents experience in an AI-enabled world, helping businesses build a new experience ecosystem that combines big data insights with generative AI to drive innovation and deliver hyper-personalized, dynamic experiences that foster brand growth and differentiation. The role offers flexibility with a remote work model, primarily in the US, with up to 30% travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver with excellence by leading program delivery and maintaining a billable utilization of 30% in a leadership capacity with Verizon, achieving revenue and profitability goals.
  • Generate demand for Cognizant Moment offers by understanding industry trends, crafting sales plans, leading a pipeline of opportunities, and working with the client to develop problem statements that guide solutioning and sales efforts.
  • Build compelling solutions by assembling and leading pursuit teams with appropriate skills to address client problem statements, and being accountable for the story, deal structure, and pricing.
  • Be a trusted advisor to your client by establishing relationships with key Verizon stakeholders in sales, marketing, product, and business divisions, ensuring client satisfaction, and proactively generating thought leadership.
  • Collaborate across Cognizant by assembling internal skills within Cognizant Moment and across the organization to respond to client needs, working closely with internal account teams and other service lines to deliver optimal solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience with at least 5-10 years in an Engagement Leader or Client Partner role, driving client satisfaction and strategic growth.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business challenges, industry trends, and translate them into experience solutions that generate growth.
  • Deep understanding of the Telecommunications and Media industry, with experience working with Verizon or similar companies.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth in digital experience or AI spaces.
  • Experience expertise in areas such as Design, Marketing, Content, Commerce, Learning, Strategy, Employee Experience, and Platforms.
  • Effective executive communication skills to articulate solution vision and create compelling presentations.
  • Outstanding relationship management abilities, skilled in handling relationships with customers, market teams, and practice experts.
  • Commercial knowledge to analyze sales opportunities, qualify leads, and craft pitches, proposals, GTM strategies, and sales plans.

  • Experience working with Adobe, Salesforce, Contact Center, Gen AI, Commerce, Digital Products, Marketing and Content, and Personalization tools.
