About the Role

m)PHASIZE is a global analytics company that identifies where to make marketing investments that enable profitable business growth. They have developed innovative approaches for maximizing marketing effectiveness and ROI by measuring the impact of offline and online channels, and identifying the optimal marketing mix to engage consumers and differentiate from competitors. The company’s experienced marketing consultants focus on delivering significant improvements in marketing effectiveness and ROI by showcasing new possibilities rather than past practices. The role of Senior Manager involves working closely with leadership on all aspects of analytics, including data collection, hypothesis testing, model development, programming, and interpretation. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of analytics work, including data gathering, hypothesis testing, model development, programming, and model interpretation.
  • Build, review, and publish market response models and brand equity modeling studies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of market response models and brand equity studies.
  • Partner with other Modeling Managers to supervise and grow Modeling Analysts.
  • Lead engagements with clients' finance, data science, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Data Operations and Solutions Architecture team for new product design.
  • Collaborate with the Client Insights team to address clients' business and marketing challenges.
  • Stay updated with new developments in analytic methods in academia and industry.
  • Suggest and create new product ideas in marketing analytics.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in econometrics, numerical linear algebra, multivariate analysis, and statistical learning.
  • 7+ years of experience in fields related to market response modeling and marketing effectiveness.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; a Master's in a quantitative discipline is a plus.
  • Demonstration of creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Recognition that value comes from a collective effort.
  • Highly proficient in statistical computing tools such as R, Python, and SAS.
  • Highly proficient in data and spreadsheet tools like MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.

Qualifications
