Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite product support to specific customer accounts, including logistics, deployments, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and software upgrades.
  • Assist customers with application of equipment and escalate customer issues to regional management as needed.
  • Perform troubleshooting on-site and document service activities in coordination with ZOLL Tech Support.
  • Conduct on-site preventive maintenance for service agreement devices and accounts.
  • Participate in deployments or preventive maintenance at other customer sites within the region as directed by the manager.
  • Maintain customer-specific information related to service activity and provide monthly customer status reports.
  • Perform software upgrades upon request and ensure calibration and rotation of test equipment.
  • Participate in special projects and customer meetings to address concerns and develop action plans.
  • Complete annual ZOLL product training (40 hours) to maintain proficiency.

Requirements

  • Technical degree (minimum 2 years) or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior work experience interfacing with external customers is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and credit card in good standing for travel expenses are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Up to 90% travel required depending on assignment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with troubleshooting medical devices or related technical equipment.
  • Experience working in healthcare or emergency medical services environments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
