About the Role

The Founding GTM Systems Lead at Traba is a high-leverage, builder-first role at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations. The role involves integrating, automating, and managing GTM tools and workflows to power growth, working directly with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops. Traba is a tech-first company revolutionizing the supply-chain space by creating a marketplace connecting light industrial businesses with dependable, flexible talent, backed by top-tier investors including Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize our GTM tooling (Salesforce, Marketo, Attention, etc.)
  • Design and build automation that powers day-to-day workflows for GTM teams
  • Integrate our systems to reduce friction between marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Improve data visibility, reporting pipelines, and forecasting accuracy
  • Partner with RevOps, Marketing, and Engineering to scale high-leverage workflows
  • Evaluate new tools, implement scalable architecture, and push for best practices

Requirements

  • 4+ years in systems, RevOps, or GTM engineering roles
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, Marketo (or other marketing automation tools), Website Builder tools, Zapier, and other GTM systems
  • Comfort owning business-critical automations (e.g., lead routing, lifecycle triggers, pipeline health tracking)
  • SQL or Light ETL experience (Looker, dbt, Airflow is a plus)
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate between business, ops, and engineering
  • Obsession with speed, clarity, and automation

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketplaces or B2B SaaS
  • Prior work with AI/LLM automation in internal tools
  • Experience building GTM systems from zero to one

Qualifications

  • Experience with GTM systems and automation tools
  • Proficiency in SQL or ETL tools
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
