About the Role

The Global Campaign Manager at HID, part of the FARGO business unit, is responsible for developing and executing global marketing campaigns and programs to support the business unit's growth. HID powers trusted identities worldwide, enabling safe transactions, productive work, and seamless travel. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to develop strategic marketing plans, managing brand positioning, conducting market research, and overseeing digital marketing strategies. The position offers an opportunity to strengthen marketing capabilities within a high-tech software company headquartered in Austin, TX, with a global presence and a focus on innovation, diversity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director to develop and implement strategic marketing and demand generation plans supporting the business unit's goals.
  • Develop and execute the FARGO customer value proposition, ensuring alignment with market needs and brand differentiation.
  • Lead the development and execution of market positioning and brand strategy to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs and campaigns to drive growth of new product launches and existing product lines.
  • Create and implement global channel marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue through Value-Add Resellers, Distributors, and System Integration partners.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of global marketing communications plans, ensuring messaging consistency across channels.
  • Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing performance and ROI.
  • Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns and improve online customer experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and implement best practices to enhance online presence.
  • Use data and analytics to define and measure program success, making data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with corporate marketing, regional marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Manage the global campaign and program budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Communicate and operate effectively with senior leaders to gain support for marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand marketing, channel marketing, digital marketing, and marketing communications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience in an international, multi-site, and multicultural business environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
