About the Role

Logitech is seeking a Global Head of Digital (B2B) to lead digital marketing strategy and execution. The role involves strategic leadership in digital marketing initiatives, leveraging advanced technologies like Large Language Models and Optimization (LLMO), managing cross-functional teams, and driving growth through innovative digital campaigns. The position is based in Boise, Idaho, United States, and offers an opportunity to make a positive global impact while maintaining flexibility in work approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and Digital Marketing COE.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, ABM, content syndication, and social media for the B2B organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and LLMO, and incorporate them into strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional regional marketers to establish clear goals, define targets, and report on success metrics.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Display Ads).
  • Manage the paid media budget and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building activities.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing brand visibility in Large Language Models.
  • Identify opportunities to use LLMO for content creation, personalization, and automation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMO into marketing technology stack.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Strong background in Digital Marketing with experience in paid media, SEO, and leveraging LLMO technologies.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies, including LLMO.
  • Experience with campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Leadership skills to lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with content syndication and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and automation tools.
