Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and Digital Marketing COE.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, ABM, content syndication, and social media for the B2B organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and LLMO, and incorporate them into strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional regional marketers to establish clear goals, define targets, and report on success metrics.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Display Ads.
  • Manage paid media budget and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing brand visibility in Large Language Models and identify opportunities for content creation, personalization, and automation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget, including preparing forecasts and distribution plans.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, including onboarding new partners and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to optimize websites for marketing campaigns and ensure SEO best practices.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for digital marketing activities, conduct performance analysis, and prepare reports to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, SEO, and LLMO.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience working in a web agency environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Good understanding of web development technologies and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Large Language Models and related technologies.
  • Experience managing agency relationships.
  • Experience in a web agency environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing.
