Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the creation of external content and related assets, including infographics, presentations, and social media cards.
  • Drive internal and external marketing content and campaigns, aligning with the High Tech business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to update the website with relevant content, analyze page performance, and implement SEO updates.
  • Enhance the internal and external presence of the High Tech practice via external channels and working closely with our internal People Engagement team.
  • Partner with the campaign management team to develop joint KPIs and track content performance.
  • Support multichannel activities for key programs, ensuring timely execution of tactics and logistics.
  • Engage Market and Client Relationship M+C teams on activation and build a portfolio of client case stories.
  • Work with the digital and social marketing teams to create a robust social media program and editorial calendar.
  • Analyze results for insights and improve the overall content approach.
  • Manage and develop high-quality content, including working with stakeholders to produce and measure the success of blogs, articles, and client stories.
  • Support high-profile events as assigned including CES and MWC, ensuring timely execution of tactics and logistics.
  • Collaborate with content hives from other business units to develop scalable and repeatable go-to-market content plans.
  • Help manage global marketing relationships and execute against the marketing strategy, orchestrating resources from within Accenture and across external vendors.
  • Grow an internal collaboration network with key stakeholders and other marketing influencers to ensure relevant content plans and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing & communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with specific experience in the High Tech or technology industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and content development skills, including the ability to manage joint marketing programs and measure the success of digital content.
  • Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically, balancing longer-term goals with current demands and making informed decisions.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to meet milestones and communicate status on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent digital, social media, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change, personal flexibility to work virtually, sometimes in the office, and occasionally outside of regular business hours to accommodate other time zones.
  • Ability to lead call agendas, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide deep and original thinking on complex issues.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality content and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Strong teaming and collaboration skills, with the ability to gain team consensus and drive deliverables.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills; the ability to present, write, and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to multiple audiences.
  • Passion for new technology trends and the future of the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing & communications or a related field.
