About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation opportunities across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
• Leverage AI tools to improve lead generation, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Test, pilot, and scale new technologies that give the company a competitive edge.
• Design and execute growth experiments to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Partner with leadership to identify bottlenecks and remove barriers to scaling.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to drive rapid, evidence-based decisions.
• Work with marketing, sales, operations, and finance to align growth initiatives.
• Serve as a catalyst for accelerating company growth through innovation.
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes across teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record in growth roles, automation, or startup/scale-up environments or a Bachelor's degree in a related area.
• Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with AI, automation tools, and emerging technology.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to act quickly on data insights.
• Creative problem solver with a bias toward action and experimentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in home services or related industries.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, workflow automation tools, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience implementing measurable ROI-driven growth campaigns.
