About the Role

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. The AppDev team serves Google Customer Solutions (GCS) clients and accelerates its business growth through partnership. Our mission is to empower bold businesses to thrive through insightful data, exceptional partnerships, and realization of their goals at scale. As a Growth Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile-first companies grow their business using Google products and services. You will advise customers on marketing strategies utilizing all of Google's marketing products to help them achieve their business goals. You will serve as an expert and advocate for mobile-first businesses within Google.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in a book of business, prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Google's marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, media, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising.
  • Experience working with customers and building relationships with A/B and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience managing customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding business goals.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
