As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you'll help solve challenges and succeed by understanding the unique needs of clients and tailoring solutions to deliver performance. This is a fully remote position within the U.S., with no in-office requirements, and involves working five days per week during designated hours.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities with companies of up to 50 employees.
Manage the full sales cycle independently in a fast-paced, competitive, and quota-driven environment.
Generate leads and engage prospective clients.
Guide prospects through a consultative sales process.
Determine prospective customers' needs for HR technology for prospective companies.

Requirements

Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate leads.
Ability to operate with autonomy in the field.
Experience managing the full sales cycle in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
Availability to work five days per week during designated work hours.
