About the Role

As the Retail Growth Marketing team at PNC, we are on a journey to build a best-in-class growth marketing function. Our vision is to operate a personalized, omni-channel, and real-time marketing engine across the customer lifecycle, enabling acquisition at low cost, and driving growth in customer lifetime value. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing lead to support delivery of high-impact marketing strategies within the Customer Relationship Marketing team. The role involves managing end-to-end development and execution of integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing existing projects, creating business cases with measurable KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams to build test and learn strategies. The position is based in one of several PNC office locations with occasional remote opportunities, and emphasizes an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel respected and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and leads the execution of integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing plans for one or more products, initiatives, or channels.
  • Formulates plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product lifecycle and line of business goals.
  • Supports the development and prioritization of business and marketing objectives, value propositions, and target segments leveraging competitive intelligence and insights.
  • Translates desired business outcomes into marketing strategies and executes programs that may include advertising, sales content, and internal communications.
  • Coordinates and influences complex, multi-functional program teams to ensure data is synthesized and leveraged effectively.
  • Influences the budget while ensuring all activities are optimized and delivered within the established framework.
  • Oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners.
  • Acts as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development, ensuring business programs and customer expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with loyalty and rewards programs.
  • Supporting omni-channel campaigns to deepen customer relationships.
  • Establishing rapport with multiple line of business partners to define product goals and design effective tactics.
  • Proactively collecting and synthesizing data to identify strategic and tactical implications.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to align with growth strategies and manage complex programs.
  • Implementing and overseeing activities with coordination across legal, compliance, finance, and risk teams.
  • Working within designated budgets to ensure activities are optimized and delivered on time.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to influence partners.
  • Experience presenting strategic analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • No required certifications or licenses
