About the Role

As the Retail Growth Marketing team at PNC, we are on a journey to build a best-in-class growth marketing function. Our vision is to operate a personalized, omni-channel, and real-time marketing engine across the customer lifecycle, enabling acquisition at low cost, and driving growth in customer lifetime value. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate marketing lead to join the Customer Relationship Marketing team supporting delivery of high-impact marketing strategies. The position involves managing end-to-end development and execution of integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing existing projects, creating business cases with measurable KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams to build test and learn strategies. The role is based in one of several PNC office locations with occasional remote opportunities, including Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Tyson's Corner VA, Chicago, and Houston.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end development and execution of integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns with a goal of deepening relationships and driving primacy.
  • Optimizing existing projects with innovative enhancements to audience, channels, and messaging across the PNC digital space for payment products such as the PNC mobile app, Zelle, international money transfers, debit card, and more.
  • Creating business cases that define clear objectives achievable with actionable tactics that are innovative and have measurable KPIs.
  • Leading cross functional teams internally and externally to build test and learn strategies, manage campaign deliverables, and plan future projects.
  • Supporting the Customer Relationship Marketing team with development and prioritization of omni-channel campaigns designed to deepen relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Establishing rapport with multiple line of business partners to define product goals and design effective execution tactics.
  • Proactively collecting and synthesizing data, assembling trends, and helping identify strategic and tactical implications.
  • Implementing activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners within internal PNC systems.
  • Working within designated budgets to ensure all activities are optimized and delivered within the established framework.
  • Developing and executing complex marketing programs including advertising, sales content, and internal communications.
  • Contributing to thought leadership and building consensus across partnerships to increase rigor around program execution.
  • Ensuring all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered
  • No required certifications or licenses
