About the Role

Guidehouse is seeking an accomplished and highly motivated marketing leader with a digital-first mindset for our Communities, Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I) sector. This role involves developing and setting the direction for marketing programs aligned with the company's strategic goals and revenue plans, focusing on customer markets such as Energy Providers, Federal Civilian Agencies, and State & Local Governments. The leader will collaborate with key stakeholders and executives to develop, execute, and report on marketing strategies, content initiatives, and multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation, ultimately supporting the growth and brand positioning of Guidehouse in both commercial and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a digital-first, demand generation team to plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs including digital campaigns, account-based marketing, regional and geofencing campaigns, email programs, content syndication, events, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales process and funnel to drive audience engagement and growth.
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn-focused campaigns to promote CE&I expertise and attract new opportunities.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, targeted to key buyer personas and regions, and executed within budget and schedule.
  • Create innovative multi-channel campaigns to generate MQLs and pipeline, monitoring and optimizing conversion rates at each stage.
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management tools to streamline, automate, and measure marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with content strategy teams to develop impactful assets and optimize SEO/SEM, ABM, social, and PPC strategies.
  • Manage the CE&I sector marketing budget in accordance with company policies.
  • Lead a team of direct reports, fostering growth and developing future leaders.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Twelve (12)+ years of experience in marketing with proven growth through strategic, multi-channel marketing programs, social activation, and content initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of consultancy marketing and services for both commercial clients and public sector agencies.
  • Previous experience working within target markets, including state and local government, energy, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Strong business acumen with critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of media planning, strategic planning, and best practices for multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Experience working with external agencies, managing campaign KPIs, and campaign budgets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Google Analytics, and Sitecore.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, high-growth environment and lead a distributed team.
  • Effective relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 12+ years of marketing experience with proven growth results.
  • Experience in consultancy marketing for commercial and public sector clients.
  • Experience with target markets including government, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and campaign automation tools.
