About the Role

The Growth Marketing - Onboarding Marketing Lead at PNC is a highly motivated and experienced marketing leader responsible for supporting the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel onboarding marketing strategies for retail deposits and lending client onboarding programs. The role involves formulating strategic messaging, building onboarding journeys, and driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and prioritization of business and marketing objectives, value propositions, and target segments leveraging competitive intelligence and insights to drive growth strategies.
  • Contributes to thought leadership and builds consensus among partners.
  • Adapts to and optimizes for a changing business environment.
  • Translates desired business outcomes into marketing strategies and executes marketing programs/initiatives including advertising, sales content, and internal communications.
  • Ensures data collected is synthesized and leveraged effectively to provide appropriate business intelligence.
  • Influences the budget while ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established budget framework.
  • Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners.
  • Leads partnership with agencies, third parties, and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.
  • Acts as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development.
  • Makes decisions to ensure business programs/initiatives and customer expectations are being met.

Requirements

  • Supports the development and leads the execution of integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing plans.
  • Possesses a genuine passion for marketing and curiosity for industry trends.
  • Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to influence partners and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and efficient delivery of marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Has experience delivering high-impact strategic analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Brings multiple stakeholders together to activate around a common vision and build consensus among partners.
  • Champions change and is energized by a challenge.
  • Typically requires a university/college degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
