About the Role

The Group VP, Digital Commerce is accountable for the global digital commerce strategy for digital sales spanning owned eCommerce properties, wholesale eTail partners, and marketplaces. This entrepreneurial, hands-on leader will chart the HEYDUDE D-Comm growth path, scale operations, and elevate execution of the core business. They will build and lead a team of digital subject matter authorities and external vendors, identify growth strategies, and craft strategies for global expansion, all while aligning with the company's values and positioning across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and articulate an inspiring vision and strategy for HEYDUDE Digital Commerce.
  • Use operating models, frameworks, and dashboards to enable visibility, alignment, and strategic growth.
  • Seek and analyze data from various sources to support decisions and align others with the organization's overall strategy.
  • Develop new, innovative outlooks to push industry boundaries and support organizational growth.
  • Operate in a high-growth, dynamic environment, supporting execution and elevating expectations.
  • Lead and manage the overall HEYDUDE digital commerce business and platform to deliver quarterly and annual plans.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution of customer acquisition and retention strategies, including SEO, Paid Media, CRM, SMS, Social, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage digital KPIs and be accountable for Digital P&L, including performance reports, budgets, and projections.
  • Identify potential threats or unintended consequences from decisions and take thoughtful risks.
  • Identify talent, empower teams, delegate effectively, and manage performance while promoting diversity.
  • Lead by example with continuous improvement, openness to feedback, and self-awareness.
  • Inspire trust and followership through influence, charisma, passion, and active drive.
  • Set ambitious business and sustainability goals, driving action and investments despite setbacks.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to optimize eCommerce fulfillment, freight, planning, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop strategies for brand and cross-channel initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing in a global capacity.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional executive leadership teams.
  • Experience operating in high-growth eCommerce environments at significant scale.
  • Expertise in Amazon platform (1P, 3P).
  • Experience establishing successful partnerships and contractual agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills, including pulling reports and insights from platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and innovate with new technologies and complex processes.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with a self-starter approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and forecasting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developing and executing global digital commerce strategies.
  • Familiarity with operating models like Traction/EOS, OKRs.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, Paid Media, CRM, SMS, and social platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital KPIs and P&L management.
