About the Role

Head of Demand Generation & Lifecycle at Harnham in San Francisco or New York, responsible for designing and executing the enterprise customer journey from first touch through expansion. The role involves building and optimizing lifecycle strategies, driving pipeline growth, and leading a high-performing team within a high-growth cloud platform company that values speed, experimentation, and customer obsession.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise lifecycle strategy: design and optimize the digital journey from sign-up to renewal.
  • Drive qualified pipeline: build programs that feed sales-qualified opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Boost onboarding & adoption: launch in-product flows, personalized nudges, and proof-of-value experiences.
  • Run experiments: scale campaigns that increase conversion at every stage-activation, demo-to-pipeline, expansion-to-ARR.
  • Lead & grow the team: hire and mentor a high-performing lifecycle growth team.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in growth, lifecycle, or demand generation within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build lifecycle programs that create and accelerate enterprise pipeline.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, SQO, ARR).
  • Expertise with marketing automation and multi-channel orchestration tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Braze, Looker.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and data science.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with scaling campaigns that increase conversion at various stages.
  • Experience in building a digital lifecycle function from the ground up.

Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS growth, lifecycle, or demand generation.
