About the Role

The Head of Growth Marketing at Front is responsible for driving the company's growth through strategic and innovative marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role involves owning pipeline growth for both sales-led and self-serve motions, experimenting with AI technologies, collaborating across teams, and leading a high-performing growth team. Key Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline growth for the sales-led motion, partnering closely with Sales leadership to align on strategy and execution.
  • Experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies to reimagine modern growth marketing and enhance campaigns, funnels, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to develop full-funnel campaigns tailored to high-impact personas and segments.
  • Analyze growth performance across all channels, identifying key drivers, opportunities, and ROI by segment and stage.
  • Own performance reporting, regularly presenting results, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Lead the self-serve product motion in close collaboration with Product, ensuring seamless alignment across acquisition, activation, and monetization.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing growth team, including demand generation, paid acquisition, outbound campaigns, events, and lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of growth and demand generation experience, with people management experience, including managing managers.
  • Successfully driven growth in both self-serve and enterprise sales-led models, ideally at startups and scaleups with $100-$500M ARR.
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel, including inbound and outbound acquisition, conversion rate optimization, CAC/LTV modeling, and funnel velocity.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in making data-driven decisions from sources like CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • Experience leading international expansion efforts, particularly in the EMEA region.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across GTM teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Ops) and translate strategic goals into measurable plans.
