About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Growth to architect and scale the pipeline engine that fuels Workvivo's continued expansion. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for building and leading a cross-functional team across Digital Demand Generation, BDRSDR, and Field Marketing, with a shared mission to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and enable long-term scalability. This role goes beyond traditional demand gen. You will own pipeline creation across multiple channels, directly manage both Marketing Demand and the Outbound BDR org, and act as a trusted partner to Sales and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate is both a strategic operator and hands-on builder. Someone who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments, builds high-performing teams from scratch, and delivers measurable outcomes with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and executing the global pipeline generation strategy aligned with Sales priorities and revenue targets
  • Leading a high-performing team across demand generation, outbound BDR, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and field
  • Collaborating closely with brand, content, product marketing, and marketing ops teams to drive unified execution
  • Partnering with sales leadership to align growth programs with coverage models, segmentation, and pipeline goals
  • Owning all digital growth programs including paid media, SEO/SEM, retargeting, lifecycle, and conversion
  • Building scalable campaign frameworks that target enterprise buyers and accelerate funnel velocity
  • Ensuring campaigns are optimized for ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
  • Building and managing a high-performing outbound BDR/SDR team
  • Defining outbound strategy, KPIs, coaching frameworks, and campaign alignment
  • Driving coordination between BDRs and marketing campaigns to maximize SQL conversion
  • Executing regional programs, customer events, and executive roundtables to drive targeted demand
  • Supporting strategic ABM efforts in collaboration with Sales for key accounts
  • Ensuring field activities align with overall growth objectives and are measurable against pipeline targets
  • Serving as a trusted partner to Sales, ensuring alignment on pipeline goals, lead quality, and conversion
  • Translating growth metrics into clear business impact and providing weekly pipeline forecasts
  • Being proactive at identifying pipeline gaps and creating campaigns to close them
  • Owning the pipeline number (sourced and influenced) across all marketing-led and BDR-led channels
  • Implementing clear reporting and attribution frameworks across MQL to SQL to Opportunity
  • Using insights to continuously refine campaign strategy, channel mix, and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Have 7-10+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Have a proven track record owning pipeline strategy and delivering measurable ARR impact
  • Have deep expertise across digital marketing, paid media, ABM, lifecycle, outbound, and funnel conversion
  • Have hands-on experience building and scaling BDR/SDR teams and outbound growth programs
  • Have experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional marketing and sales alignment
  • Have a strong data-driven mindset - measure everything, speak in numbers, and act on insight
  • Have excellent leadership skills - builds high-performing, high-trust teams that people want to follow
  • Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - keeps executives aligned, focused, and informed
