About the Role

Camp Snap is a fast-growing D2C startup reinventing the point-and-shoot camera for the next generation. With strong traction across retail and direct-to-consumer channels, we’re building a brand that’s deeply in tune with culture—and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a Head of Influencer, Community & Partnerships to own and elevate our influencer, community, and brand collaboration strategy from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at building authentic relationships, driving measurable ROI, and creating buzzworthy cultural moments. You’ll lead the charge in developing partnerships that spark engagement, strengthen loyalty, and drive revenue—working hand-in-hand with influencers, creators, and brands to put Camp Snap in the spotlight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a best-in-class influencer marketing program that aligns with brand goals and fuels both awareness and sales.
  • Identify, recruit, and nurture influencers and creators who speak directly to our Gen Z audience.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance across paid and organic initiatives—measuring spend, product seeding, shipping, and commissions against trackable revenue.
  • Interact with our community on Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms—creating genuine two-way conversations, especially with influencer partners.
  • Surprise and delight top-tier creators with personalized touches—celebrating milestones, sending thoughtful gifts, and building a VIP circle for activation at key moments.
  • Launch one meaningful brand collaboration each month, developing co-branded experiences and products that expand our reach.
  • Manage affiliate and referral programs via ShopMy, Impact, and Smile.io to maximize creator incentives and community-driven growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in influencer partnership campaigns and community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Ability to build authentic relationships and drive measurable ROI.
  • Experience with marketing strategy development and digital marketing performance monitoring.
  • Ability to identify, recruit, and nurture influencers and creators.
  • Familiarity with affiliate and referral program management tools like ShopMy, Impact, and Smile.io.
