About the Role

The HubSpot Specialist will execute and support digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on HubSpot. This is a junior-level role (2-5 years of experience) ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven. You'll manage campaign workflows, maintain digital assets, and track performance — ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage HubSpot campaigns, including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and QR codes.
Partner with internal teams to deliver digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and display channels.
Ensure campaigns launch on time, adhere to brand standards, and are properly documented.
Update and maintain landing pages, website content, and digital assets using CMS tools.
Support SEO initiatives (keyword research, metadata, content coordination).
Assist with email campaign drafting, scheduling, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Lead Forensics, ZoomInfo).
Track and report on campaign KPIs (clicks, conversions, CPC, engagement).
Build dashboards and reports using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related tools.
Conduct A/B testing and audits to optimize performance.
Coordinate with Sales, HR, and IT teams to align marketing programs with business goals.
Support lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive retention and re-engagement.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on HubSpot expertise.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Ads, SEO, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Analytical and detail-oriented; skilled at tracking data and improving processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Self-motivated and eager to learn; comfortable exploring new features and tools.
Excellent written communication skills.
