The role involves driving marketing data strategy, developing analytics processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve marketing performance, efficiency, and growth. Key Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of the marketing database to support CRM, analytics, and segmentation
Drive marketing data strategy and campaign execution using SQL Server, Segment, and Adobe Campaign
Develop scalable analytics processes and high-level performance insights
Oversee targeting, predictive modeling, and marketing operations analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and external partners
Coach and manage a team of analysts to support strategic initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of marketing analytics experience
4+ years in a leadership or management role
Strong SQL and data infrastructure experience (SSIS, Segment, Databricks)
Proven ability to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance
