Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and qualify customer/client pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions
  • Tactfully and courteously interface with customers in order to build strong business relationships
  • Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures- proactively continue to understand Motorola's products & solutions, competitive products and market knowledge via website, training, and other marketing information
  • Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services
  • Act as single point of contact
  • Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interaction
  • Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer's issues
  • Convey strong understanding of Motorola Solutions' customer satisfaction and business
  • Exhibit strong ownership and follow through to drive resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Research and pursue information that assists in resolving the customer's issue

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR 1+ years of customer service, sales or retail experience
  • Ability to follow up on marketing leads via call/email
  • Strong active listening and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of customer service or sales processes
  • Willingness to learn about Motorola's products, solutions, and market

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of business-to-business sales processes
  • Familiarity with technical products or solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of customer service, sales, or retail experience
